At 8 years of age, Dan Moury was a patient in the Miracle of Hickory. His father, Norman brought his 8mm movie camera into the hospital and filmed many details of hospital life.

Later Dan was chosen to be a March of Dimes poster child. (see the poster at the link above)

I learned to know Dan Moury while researching for BLUE. What a delightful man! He is a charismatic person and effective speaker. Don't miss this opportunity to learn about history from someone who experienced it!
