I love this, Joyce! The skeleton in the chair is how I feel about my blogging, too. The little spare time I have right now is going into novel writing.
But at least you've been writing! When I have such moments, I am usually not writing anything at all. Blogging will wait while you work on your new novel.
Glad you are writing fiction, CLARA That's terrfic!
ROSI, true that i am writing. I get out of the blogging groove when I am into a story and then I have trouble getting back into it! At least you are blogging and that is writing and I think it fills a writing need! All the best with your work.
VIJAYA, So happy to give you a laugh (or a snort)! How was the conference for you this weekend?
CAROL, yes, the diet is very effective! ; ) So glad you noticed I'm losing weight!
I write historical novels for young people. (See below!)
Sadly, I am drawn to tragic themes. However, my books do contain humor, and each are populated with spunky characters who tell their stories in a lively voice!
SELTI(Southeastern Literary Tourism Initiative) : a novel Idea - not my idea but a great one anyway. Patrick Brian Miller introduces you to some novels and the places in which they are set (in this case COMFORT and Warm Springs, GA.) Email:moyergirl at charter dot net

Joyce,
ReplyDeleteThanks for the humor. This is the perfect month for skeletons. Combine them and oh what fun.
Linda A.
We've missed you, too, but understand sometimes it hard to find time for everything. Love the skeleton card, though.
ReplyDeleteWhen least expected, your humor appears. Sending love to you and your skeletons.
ReplyDeleteAmy, my skeletons can use all the love you can bestow so thanks!
