WRITING WEDNESDAY

I'm supposed to be revising. So maybe blogging at this moment is just procrastinating. But the truth is, I never know when I wake up in the morning where my character will lead me. Today it was to a banjo version of "Flight of the Bumblebee".

And how about this tap dancing version by Leon Collins? (a tribute, it turns out, to a mighty fine tap instructor)

And then there is this amazing piano performance with a stunning collage of motion.

Research is not just for encyclopedias anymore.

    1. How did you come up with the personality for Ann Fay? Did you do research on how girls acted during this time period.
    2. Why did you title the book "Blue"?
    3. What inspired you to write Blue?
    4. Do you always plan to write about diseases?
